Experimental design & performance

During a 3-day workshop initiated by Eris Institute, we were asked to develop interfaces that wouldn’t refer to usual human behavioral schemes, but should seem to be designed by an unknown species from another planet.
Using different types of sensors with arduino, combined with analogue audio equipment, we created an otherworldly trio of bass, melody and rhythm instruments that need to be physically explored by the users to fully grasp their functionality.
